The law offices of Adam C. Rapaport, a Professional Corporation (“Attorney”), are investigating allegations that FloatMe's cash advance program violated federal and state consumer protection laws, including laws governing lending disclosures, electronic payments, and unfair business practices. As FloatMe has chosen not to engage, Attorney is now moving forward with the preparation and filing of individual arbitration claims and is asking known consumers to verify information and confirm details about consumers’ experiences with FloatMe. While every claim is different, eligible consumers may be entitled to compensation through the arbitration process.

Before Attorney can file your claim, you must verify your information and confirm details about your experience with FloatMe. You will be asked to:

  • Confirm your identity and contact information;

  • Answer questions about your FloatMe account and usage;

  • Provide documentation showing FloatMe use within the last 12 months; and

  • Review and electronically sign the Attorney-Client Contingency Fee Agreement.

Most people complete this process in less than 10 minutes. Please have your documentation ready before beginning your Questionnaire as you will not be able to save your progress and return at a later date.

To be able to have your claim be considered, please complete the Questionnaire by no later than September 18, 2026.
