Law Offices of Adam C. Rapaport v. FloatMe

The law offices of Adam C. Rapaport, a Professional Corporation (“Attorney”), has made multiple attempts to engage FloatMe in settlement discussions regarding claims asserted on behalf of consumers nationwide. The investigation concerns allegations that FloatMe's cash advance program violated federal and state consumer protection laws, including laws governing lending disclosures, electronic payments, and unfair business practices. These allegations have been detailed in formal notices sent to FloatMe. Despite receiving notice and multiple opportunities to resolve these matters, FloatMe has failed to meaningfully respond.

As FloatMe has chosen not to engage, Attorney is now moving forward with the preparation and filing of individual arbitration claims. Before they can file claims, Attorney is asking eligible consumers to verify information and confirm details about consumers experiences with FloatMe. While every claim is different, eligible consumers may be entitled to compensation through the arbitration process. Eligible consumers include civilian clients (i.e., not military service members) who used FloatMe within the last 12 months.

The representation provided by the law offices of Adam C. Rapaport is provided on a contingency-fee basis. This means eligible consumers pay no attorney's fees unless there is a recovery on their behalf, subject to the terms of the engagement agreement.
